This AI Coach Use Policy governs your use of the AI Writing Coach (the "Coach") provided as part of the Your Book In 90 Days program operated by We Help Authors, LLC d/b/a Your Book In 90 Days ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Coach, you agree to this Policy.
The Coach is a trained artificial intelligence tool designed to help you structure, outline, and organize your authority nonfiction book. The Coach is not a human. It is an AI assistant trained on the Your Book In 90 Days methodology.
The Coach is designed to answer structural and methodological questions about your book, such as how to open a chapter, how to develop your positioning, how to structure a case study, or how to apply the Authority Book Blueprint framework to your specific expertise.
The Coach does not write your book for you. The Coach will decline requests to generate full chapters, draft sections, or produce prose you copy into your manuscript. The Coach guides your process. It does not replace your expertise, your voice, or your authorship.
The Coach does not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Any information provided by the Coach is for general educational purposes only.
The Coach is not a licensed editor, literary agent, or publisher. It cannot evaluate manuscripts for publication suitability, negotiate contracts, or provide professional editorial review.
To protect your intellectual property and privacy, we strongly advise the following:
For questions about specific sections of your work, paste only the relevant passage (a paragraph or short section), ask your question, and proceed. This minimizes exposure of your broader manuscript and keeps the conversation focused.
Your conversations with the Coach may be processed and stored by our AI technology provider in accordance with their privacy practices. By using the Coach, you acknowledge that any content you input may be processed to generate responses.
Nothing about your use of the Coach changes the ownership of your intellectual property. Your ideas, your writing, your book outline, your manuscript, and any work product you create remain 100 percent yours. We do not claim ownership, co-authorship, royalty share, or any interest in what you produce.
Conversations with the Coach are not used to train general AI models or the methodology's shared knowledge base without your explicit written permission.
The Coach is an AI tool and may occasionally produce responses that are incorrect, incomplete, or not ideally suited to your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating the Coach's suggestions and applying your own judgment.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes resulting from your use of the Coach, including but not limited to manuscript completion, publishing success, commercial performance of any book you produce, or professional opportunities that may arise from authorship.
The Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Coach.
You agree to use the Coach only for its intended purpose: supporting the creation of your authority nonfiction book within the Your Book In 90 Days program. You agree not to:
We strive to keep the Coach available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout your 90-day program access period. However, the Coach relies on third-party AI infrastructure and may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary interruptions in service.
Your access to the Coach is included with your enrollment in the Your Book In 90 Days program for the duration of your 90-day access window. Access ends at the conclusion of this period and is not extended except by re-enrollment in the program at the then-current rate.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active program participants by email. Continued use of the Coach after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
