These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and We Help Authors, LLC D.B.A. Your Book In 90 Days ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Your Book In 90 Days program, website at https://yourbookin90days.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Your Book In 90 Days is a structured manuscript writing system for business professionals. The program includes weekly curriculum delivered by email, downloadable frameworks and templates, and access to an AI writing coach ("Paige"). The program is designed to guide participants through writing an authority nonfiction book in 90 days.
The program is intended for authority nonfiction books for business professionals, including consultants, coaches, speakers, executives, and subject matter experts. The program is not designed for fiction, memoir, poetry, children's books, screenplays, or academic papers.
Access to the program, including the curriculum materials and AI writing coach, begins immediately upon purchase and continues for 90 days from the date of enrollment. Access ends at the conclusion of this 90-day period.
There are no extensions, pauses, or exceptions to the 90-day access window. If you do not complete the program within 90 days, you may re-enroll for another 90-day access period at the then-current program rate.
The current price of the program is listed on the website at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through Square. We do not store your payment information directly.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Any price change will not affect existing enrollments.
All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials and access to the AI writing coach upon enrollment, no refunds are offered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and that this constitutes a waiver of any right to a cooling-off period or refund that may otherwise apply.
Your work is yours. You retain full ownership of all original work you create using the program's frameworks and tools, including your manuscripts, outlines, chapter drafts, and any other written materials you produce. We do not claim ownership, co-authorship, royalty share, or any interest in what you produce.
Our materials are ours. The program's curriculum, email content, templates, frameworks, methodologies, the Authority Book Architecture, and the AI writing coach remain the intellectual property of Your Book In 90 Days. You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share these materials without written permission.
The AI writing coach ("Paige") is an artificial intelligence tool designed to help you structure, outline, and organize your book. Paige is not a human. Paige does not write your book for you and will not produce content for you to copy into your manuscript.
Your use of the AI writing coach is also governed by our AI Coach Use Policy. By using the AI writing coach, you agree to that policy.
To protect your intellectual property, do not paste your full manuscript, sensitive client information, or confidential business data into the AI writing coach. Use only the relevant passage needed for your question.
The AI writing coach may occasionally produce responses that are incorrect, incomplete, or not ideally suited to your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating all suggestions and applying your own judgment.
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to manuscript completion, publishing success, commercial performance of any book you produce, bestseller status, specific sales numbers, or professional opportunities that may arise from authorship.
The program provides a structured methodology and coaching support. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and the application of the framework to your specific expertise.
You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose. You agree not to:
We strive to keep the Services available continuously throughout your 90-day access period. However, the Services rely on third-party infrastructure and may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary interruptions in service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Help Authors, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Help Authors, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active program participants by email. Continued use of the Services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and AI Coach Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and We Help Authors, LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
